MB\u00da spo\u010d\u00edv\u00e1 ve vyu\u017eit\u00ed technologi\u00ed, je\u017e znovu p\u0159et\u0159\u00edd\u00ed zbytkov\u00fd odpad, kter\u00fd i po intenzivn\u00edm t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed skon\u010d\u00ed v popelnic\u00edch, vybere z n\u011bj dal\u0161\u00ed pou\u017eiteln\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly a to, co zbude, d\u00e1le zpracuje. Kombinuje p\u0159itom r\u016fzn\u00e9 techniky. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\"><em><a href=\"http:\/\/alerta.cz\/?p=986\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1721\" title=\"banner_odpady\" src=\"http:\/\/alerta.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/banner_odpady2.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"468\" height=\"60\" \/><\/a> <!--more--><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">V MB\u00da za\u0159\u00edzen\u00edch se vyr\u00e1b\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad bioplyn, palivo pro cement\u00e1rny nebo zemina pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e1 mimo jin\u00e9 k rekultivaci skl\u00e1dek. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed m\u00e1 dvoj\u00ed v\u00fdznam:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><em>\u2022 zajist\u00ed materi\u00e1lov\u00e9 vyu\u017eit\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti nevyt\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00e9ho odpadu, a tud\u00ed\u017e zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed \u00fa\u010dinnost recykla\u010dn\u00edch syst\u00e9m\u016f;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><em> \u2022 a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm umo\u017en\u00ed bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 odstran\u011bn\u00ed zbytkov\u00e9ho odpadu, co\u017e je prakticky podm\u00ednkou t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed.<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed MB\u00da dok\u00e1\u017eou sn\u00ed\u017eit mno\u017estv\u00ed odpad\u016f o 30-40 %. V sou\u010dasnosti je MB\u00da vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm k v\u00fdrazn\u00e9mu sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed biologicky odbourateln\u00e9ho pod\u00edlu zbytkov\u00e9ho odpadu s c\u00edlem omezit tvorbu sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a \u0161kodliv\u00fdch v\u00fdluh\u016f p\u0159i skl\u00e1dkov\u00e1n\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong> Jak funguje MB\u00da<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">Zbytkov\u00fd sm\u011bsn\u00fd odpad, kter\u00fd se nepoda\u0159ilo vyt\u0159\u00eddit u zdroje vzniku, je p\u0159evezen do za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na mechanicko-biologickou \u00fapravu. Zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed potom m\u00e1 dv\u011b \u010d\u00e1sti.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">F\u00e1ze mechanick\u00e9 \u00fapravy je zam\u011b\u0159ena na vyt\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00edch a recyklovateln\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed. Zde se odpad p\u00e1sem posunuje do vysoce mechanizovan\u00e9 p\u0159edn\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed, speci\u00e1ln\u00edho bubnu. Magnetem se vyt\u0159\u00edd\u00ed kovy. Proudem vzduchu \u010di s\u00edty se odd\u011bl\u00ed lehk\u00e1 frakce (plasty, pap\u00edr) a dal\u0161\u00ed materi\u00e1ly. Lehk\u00e9, energeticky bohat\u00e9 slo\u017eky odpad\u016f se \u010dasto pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed k v\u00fdrob\u011b alternativn\u00edch paliv: pelet, briket, v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech se sm\u011bs\u00ed uheln\u00e9ho prachu \u010di energetick\u00e9 biomasy. Vyt\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00e9 kovy a n\u011bkter\u00e9 dal\u0161\u00ed materi\u00e1ly se da\u0159\u00ed zachytit a poslat k recyklaci. Vyu\u017eit\u00ed surovin se tak zvy\u0161uje na maximum. T\u0159\u00edd\u00ed se tak\u00e9 kompostovateln\u00fd pod\u00edl, aby byl co mo\u017en\u00e1 nej\u010dist\u0161\u00ed pro dal\u0161\u00ed etapu \u00fapravy. Zbytek se drt\u00ed a tvo\u0159\u00ed prvn\u00ed slo\u017eku koncov\u00e9ho v\u00fdstupu.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"http:\/\/alerta.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/MB\u00da.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1716\" title=\"MB\u00da\" src=\"http:\/\/alerta.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/MB\u00da-300x190.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"190\" srcset=\"https:\/\/asal.noblogs.org\/files\/2011\/07\/MB\u00da-300x190.jpg 300w, https:\/\/asal.noblogs.org\/files\/2011\/07\/MB\u00da.jpg 448w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a>Biologick\u00e1 \u010d\u00e1st procesu urychluje rozklad organick\u00e9ho obsahu odpadu. Prob\u00edh\u00e1 bu\u010f bez p\u0159\u00edstupu vzduchu, s vyu\u017eit\u00edm vzduchu, nebo kombinac\u00ed obou mo\u017enost\u00ed. Nejjednodu\u0161\u0161\u00ed aplikac\u00ed je uzav\u0159en\u00e1 kompostovac\u00ed jednotka. Prim\u00e1rn\u00edm \u00fakolem t\u00e9to \u010d\u00e1sti procesu je sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti odpadu a p\u0159eveden\u00ed biologicky aktivn\u00edch organick\u00fdch l\u00e1tek do inertn\u00edho stavu \u2013 tedy stabilizace odpadu. Inertn\u00ed stav p\u0159edch\u00e1z\u00ed dal\u0161\u00edmu tlen\u00ed a tedy vzniku metanu, v\u00fdznamn\u00e9ho sklen\u00edkov\u00e9ho plynu, i jin\u00fdm, nap\u0159\u00edklad zdravotn\u00edm rizik\u016fm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>v\u00fdhody MB\u00da<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">V\u00fdraznou v\u00fdhodou MB\u00da za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed je jejich flexibilita, kter\u00e1 umo\u017e\u0148uje p\u0159izp\u016fsobit je \u00fasp\u011b\u0161nosti separace. Mohou b\u00fdt stav\u011bna modul\u00e1rn\u00edm zp\u016fsobem a jakmile se zv\u00fd\u0161\u00ed mno\u017estv\u00ed odpad\u016f vyt\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00fdch u zdroje, lze je upravit na v\u00fdrobny vysoce kvalitn\u00edho kompostu nebo na provozy na zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpadn\u00edch materi\u00e1l\u016f. Lze je vybudovat podstatn\u011b rychleji ne\u017e obdobn\u011b velkou spalovnu a p\u0159itom s v\u00fdrazn\u011b srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se spalovnami ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed investi\u010dn\u00ed i provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady. <strong><em>[1]<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong><em><a href=\"http:\/\/alerta.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/MBT-danno-drum.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-medium wp-image-1717\" title=\"MBT-danno-drum\" src=\"http:\/\/alerta.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/MBT-danno-drum-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/em><\/strong>Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed se skl\u00e1dkov\u00e1n\u00edm i spalov\u00e1n\u00edm m\u00e1 kombinace vysok\u00e9 m\u00edry recyklace s MB\u00da podstatn\u011b ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed negativn\u00ed ekologick\u00e9 a zdravotn\u00ed dopady: \u0161et\u0159\u00ed suroviny, zp\u016fsobuje men\u0161\u00ed toxick\u00e9 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed a podstatn\u011b redukuje emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. Nap\u0159\u00edklad toxicita mechanicko-biologicky upraven\u00e9ho odpadu je v\u00edce ne\u017e dvacetkr\u00e1t ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed ne\u017e v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b sm\u011bsn\u00e9ho komun\u00e1ln\u00edho odpadu <strong><em>[2] <\/em><\/strong>MB\u00da nav\u00edc sni\u017euje mno\u017estv\u00ed produkovan\u00e9ho skl\u00e1dkov\u00e9ho plynu v pr\u016fm\u011bru o 90 % v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed s neupraven\u00fdm sm\u011bsn\u00fdm komun\u00e1ln\u00edm odpadem.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong> p\u0159\u00edklady vyu\u017eit\u00ed MB\u00da<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong> \u2193 \u2193 \u2193<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong> \u2192 Mechanicko-biologick\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed odpad\u016f v Mil\u00e1n\u011b \u2190<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na mechanicko-biologickou \u00fapravu odpad\u016f za\u010dalo v Mil\u00e1n\u011b fungovat v roce 1997. Stavbu podn\u00edtila krize zp\u016fsoben\u00e1 nedostatkem skl\u00e1dek v polovin\u011b devades\u00e1t\u00fdch let. Bylo proto nutn\u00e9 sn\u00ed\u017eit mno\u017estv\u00ed skl\u00e1dkovan\u00e9ho odpadu a stabilizovat jeho organickou slo\u017eku. Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed s kapacitou 600 000 tun\/rok je nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed v Evrop\u011b a zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 ve\u0161ker\u00fd zbytkov\u00fd odpad z Mil\u00e1na (1,6 milionu obyvatel).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">Mechanick\u00e1 f\u00e1ze MB\u00da pracuje v\u011bt\u0161inou ve dvou etap\u00e1ch. Prvn\u00ed je tzv. procesn\u00ed f\u00e1ze, kde se sm\u011bsn\u00fd odpad p\u0159eseje s\u00edtov\u00fdm bubnem, \u010dasto za tepla. Ztrat\u00ed tak \u010d\u00e1st sv\u00e9 vlhkosti. B\u011bhem druh\u00e9, separa\u010dn\u00ed f\u00e1ze, se z odpadu z\u00edskaj\u00ed vyu\u017eiteln\u00e9 materi\u00e1ly pomoc\u00ed s\u00edt, dmychadel, magnet\u016f apod. Vyt\u0159\u00edd\u011bnou organickou frakci odpadu lze kompostovat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">V Mil\u00e1n\u011b je sm\u011bsn\u00fd komun\u00e1ln\u00ed odpad nejprve proset p\u0159es 20 mm s\u00edto, aby se z\u00edskala jemn\u00e1 frakce &#8211; v\u011bt\u0161inou organick\u00e1 slo\u017eka. Pot\u00e9 se p\u0159eseje 80 mm s\u00edtem, co\u017e odstran\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u010d\u00e1sti, p\u0159ev\u00e1\u017en\u011b pap\u00edr, lepenku a plasty (frakce je naz\u00fdv\u00e1na nads\u00edtn\u00e1). Pods\u00edtn\u00e1 frakce se zpracov\u00e1v\u00e1 po dobu 15\u201320 dn\u016f ve velk\u00fdch tepeln\u00fdch bioreaktorech, kter\u00e9 pomoc\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teploty v uzav\u0159en\u00e9m prostoru urychl\u00ed proces rozkladu biologick\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1sti (such\u00e1 metoda stabilizace). Pot\u00e9 se p\u0159es\u00e9v\u00e1 p\u0159es 40 mm s\u00edto a pos\u00edl\u00e1 do druh\u00e9ho bioreaktoru na dal\u0161\u00edch 40 dn\u00ed. N\u00e1sleduje z\u00e1v\u011bre\u010dn\u00e9 p\u0159es\u00edv\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159es 10\u201312 mm s\u00edto, kter\u00e9 odstran\u00ed kontaminanty, jako jsou plasty a sklo.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">V\u00fdsledkem procesu je sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed hmotnosti o 15 % (tedy \u00faspora n\u00e1klad\u016f na skl\u00e1dkov\u00e1n\u00ed) a sn\u00ed\u017een\u00ed schopnosti odpadu tl\u00edt o 90 %. Obecn\u011b se MB\u00da z\u00e1vody li\u0161\u00ed nakl\u00e1d\u00e1n\u00edm s vyt\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00fdmi surovinami. N\u011bkter\u00e9 se orientuj\u00ed p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na stabilizaci biologick\u00e9ho odpadu a jejich n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 pou\u017eit\u00ed jako kompostu pro rekultivaci, zat\u00edmco jin\u00e9 vyu\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed procesu k v\u00fdrob\u011b vysoce kalorick\u00fdch paliv.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">Za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed v Mil\u00e1n\u011b bylo postaveno velmi rychle. \u010cinnost zah\u00e1jilo v roce 1997 se smlouvou pouze do roku 2003 a po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed investic\u00ed 31 milion\u016f euro (972 milion\u016f korun), p\u0159i odpisov\u00e9 dob\u011b p\u011bti let. Po roce 2003 byly pl\u00e1nov\u00e1ny dv\u011b mo\u017enosti: pokra\u010dovat v pou\u017eit\u00ed linky pro zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed sm\u011bsn\u00fdch odpad\u016f, nebo ji p\u0159em\u011bnit na za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pro dot\u0159i\u010fov\u00e1n\u00ed organick\u00e9ho odpadu a such\u00fdch recyklovateln\u00fdch surovin. Proto\u017ee se ale spolupr\u00e1ce osv\u011bd\u010dila, za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed pracuje nad\u00e1le jako MB\u00da.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong>\u2193 \u2193 \u2193<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center\" dir=\"ltr\"><strong> \u2192 Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fany a Halifax \u2190<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fansk\u00e1 radnice se v roce 1996 chystala postavit spalovnu. Nakonec ale projekt zam\u00edtla a rozhodla se pro kombinaci siln\u00e9 recyklace s MB\u00da. Z\u00e1kladn\u00ed k\u00e1men za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na mechanicko-biologick\u00e9 zpracov\u00e1n\u00ed polo\u017eili v b\u0159eznu 2000. U\u017e v prvn\u00edm \u010dtvrtlet\u00ed roku 2001 jej uvedli do provozu a Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fany jako prvn\u00ed n\u011bmeck\u00e9 m\u011bsto splnily podm\u00ednky odpadov\u00e9ho hospod\u00e1\u0159stv\u00ed, kter\u00fdch podle spolkov\u00fdch z\u00e1kon\u016f museli dos\u00e1hnout do roku 2010. Investice do kombinace t\u0159\u00edd\u011bn\u00ed odpadu, recyklace a MB\u00da vy\u0161la Dr\u00e1\u017e\u010fany levn\u011bji ne\u017e stavba spalovny. M\u00e1 tak\u00e9 ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed provozn\u00ed n\u00e1klady ne\u017e spalov\u00e1n\u00ed i skl\u00e1dka.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify\" dir=\"ltr\">\u00dasp\u011b\u0161n\u00e9 za\u0159\u00edzen\u00ed na zbytkov\u00fd odpad funguje tak\u00e9 v kanadsk\u00e9m m\u011bst\u011b Halifax. V provozu jsou b\u011b\u017e\u00edc\u00ed p\u00e1sy, kter\u00e9 obsluhuj\u00ed dob\u0159e chr\u00e1n\u011bn\u00ed zam\u011bstnanci. Ti odd\u011bluj\u00ed recyklovateln\u00fd materi\u00e1l (kter\u00fd nebyl vyt\u0159\u00edd\u00ecn u zdroje), rozm\u011brn\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty a jedovat\u00e9 l\u00e1tky, jako jsou baterie a plechovky od barev (je\u017e lid\u00e9 sami neodnesli do sb\u011brn\u00fdch st\u0159edisek). Na p\u00e1sech tak z\u016fst\u00e1v\u00e1 zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd biologick\u00fd odpad a r\u016fzn\u00e9 nerecyklovateln\u00e9 plastov\u00e9 p\u0159edm\u011bty.
